You'll love this ! A very spectacular item ! 22 inch long black chainette fringe ! make up the most Shimmying, jiggling, moving dress or skirt ! I bought this after seeing an exquisite Bill Blass Fringe dress in the 70's that still stays in my mind ! A simple black crepe was used for the front of a fitted demure sheath dress while the back was backless with an inset of this fringe turned sideways to it draped as a cowl to fill this bare back !!!!!!!

I still see that today !

There was another Valentino dress with slim sleeves with the fringe at the seam with attached sequined stars throughout ! Stunning like angel wings ( Devil wings ??) But that Blass dress with the drapey back --- oh MY !!!

There are chain stitched chains holding the fringes in place but some naughty ones still sneak out. Just catch them back when you sew everything in place.
